Right to Cancel

Subject to the following provisions, the purchaser can, without providing a reason, withdraw from the sales contract in writing (e.g. fax, letter, E-mail) within two weeks of receiving the goods or by returning the goods. The deadline can be met by either notifying us of the return as above or returning the goods within two weeks.

The purchaser must bear the cost of returning the goods if the goods were in accordance with the order and if the price of the returned goods is not more than 30 Euro. The purchaser must also bear the cost of returning the goods, if the total price is more than 30 Euro but because of a delayed payment or because of agreed upon installments, less than 30 Euro has been paid. In all other cases, returning the goods is free for the customer. Reimbursement obligations for payments must be completed within 30 days of submitting the withdrawal in writing.
